All Star Carpet & Tile Care has been cleaning for Long Beach since 1995, and it is still Roger and Sally Schill. Carpet, upholstery, area rugs, mattresses, car and RV interiors, and tile and grout, all with truck-mounted steam: the machine stays in the van and only the hose comes inside. Roger does the work himself, which is why the reviews use his name rather than the company's, and why customers on their third and fourth clean still get the same person. Upholstery gets its fiber checked before anything touches it, and rugs get cleaned on location, outside where that protects your floors.
